Though the majority of our orders come with free shipping, large orders qualify for bulk discounts! Due to the deep discounts on large orders, as well as the special needs for freight, freight charges will be in addition to. These estimated charges are on the chart listed on this page.

Rocky Mountain Reclaimed encourages anyone out of state to purchase from us directly. We have worked hard to make this an easy and stress -free process.

Rocky Mountain Reclaimed purchases all material directly from the mill to take out the middle man so that we can get products to you quickly and at the lowest cost!

If you choose to purchase large quantities from Rocky Mountain Reclaimed from within the Continental United States, we want to make sure that you keep the following items in mind to enhance your buying experience:

 

• Since Rocky Mountain Reclaimed purchases mill –* direct we are unable to give an exact delivery date. You will receive an estimated delivery date, but the actual date could end up being within a day or two, before or after, the initial estimation. We will do our best to update you as the delivery gets closer if we have new information.

 

• For an out of state delivery there must be a forklift on-site and available for use at the time and location of the delivery.

 

• Be prepared for and expect a “live” unload at the time the semi arrives at the delivery location. There is not a “trailer drop option” and the semi and driver will remain on location until the unload is complete.

 

• The contents of every out of state delivery will be insured by a third -party logistics company.

 

• ** If you need to make a claim for damaged material Rocky Mountain Reclaimed must be notified within 5 days of the delivery date in writing. This written statement needs to be accompanied by detailed photographs as well. Your claim Will Not be processed without this information**

 

• The following chart itemizes estimated delivery charges that are based on the current market.
